Years ago, at the Overbrook Insane Asylum in Essex County, New Jersey, a plague took over... The disease was widespread and the people affected by it were drastically changed, to say the least. See, when a doctor named Nelson Broussard decided that he wanted to perform tests on the patients without consulting the other doctors and without their consent, one of those tests went worse than them all. After the experiment, it was known that at night a creature roamed the halls of the asylum, and anyone seen in the halls would be found dead the next morning with claw-like markings all across their bodies and fang-like bite marks on their necks.

The virus spread went on to killed off millions of humans that were infected around the 1st year of its inception. It spread Global to the point that everybody became Asymptomatic. This provided people who were in a bad Economic social class but with Superior abilities, with villainous behavior, especially to the people in high economic social standings but with less desirable Abilities to be overthrown or conquered. Evan's worked at the asylum for over a year, and had given up all other patients in order to take Delirious, a ranked 9.1 schizophrenic, full time. Delirious is known infamously for being completely unpredictable and childishly stubborn, and only ever able to be controlled by Evan. When curiosity mixes with unpredictability, Delirious manages to coerce Evan down the rabbit hole with him and choices have to be made that risk the lives of both men in the desperation to keep them both alive and (relatively) sane.
