An new villain, the Fair Fairy, an host of her own show that got fired, uses the tadpoles for her evil plan to destroy the city in an effort to make things fair. Maddie and Lil' Petey must help Dog Man and their pals stop the Fair Fairy and the tadpoles, especially Grampa, who escapes jail and takes Petey's place.
