This story takes place in the early 1980's during the time when crime, drugs, corruption, pimps,  prostitution, and the Aids virus plagued the streets of New York City and 42nd street.

This gritty novel tells the lives of friends, and rivals who struggle to make a life while working the streets and sex shops of Manhattan while trying to remember their lost hopes and dreams.

But will they be able to make the life they want or become entagled with their abusive and controlling pimp who continues to destroy their lives?
