The world has no quirks anymore. Everyone started to live normal lives and crime has dropped. The only thing that changed was a new product called Overcharge was made and was sold to the public. Izuku was just working at his job until the world came to an end. If he wants to survive the OD running around the streets, then he has to adapt to the world he calls home.
