Blood Nation 1(On Hold November)

Small-town Louisiana waitress Josie Saltzman that already is viewed as an oddball or crazy by her friends and neighbours even sister, since discovering her new power of reading minds. She doesn't exactly help her reputation, though, when she falls for Hope Mikaelson, a 1,000 year-old originals vampire who has 'come out of the coffin' along with her family and of her/him undead comrades now that a new synthetic blood has made it possible for vampires to survive without preying on humans. Still, the conservative locals aren't wild about vampires or even unkillable walking around. What she dont know people just like her.
