Peter and Audra are paired up as lab partners for a major project during their fall semester in college. They immediately hit it off and become best friends. But as they learn about each other, and themselves, things turn more complicated. Their feelings for each other grow, while at the same time their responsibilities grow by the day. They have to learn that being superhero's isn't all it's cracked up to be. 

Also anyone who participates in sex or drinking is of age to be participating in those things. Both Peter and Audra are adults.
