Agent Virginia is one of the untold surviving members of the debunked military program known as Project Freelancer. He has been hired by the UNSC to hunt down and/or recover his fellow Freelancers or recover their equipment. After gathering most of the dead Freelancers equipment he has heard about an ongoing conflict on a planet called Chorus.
