Sometimes I do "I think" statements about my worries in life. In these I sit and let all of my thoughts race, as they do I create "I think" statements with them. Once I've calmed I go back through and read them. It helps me tell which issues were bothering me most, so I know what to try and work on first. I'd like to start doing them more often, as they helped me a lot, so I'd like to share them here.All Rights Reserved
