Santiago Blanco became orphaned after his family died in Sokovia, and this causes him to hate the Avengers. Then he finds a driver which turns him into an Avengers Killer named Kamen Rider Cyclone. He forms a group of anti-heroes, who seek to defend the innocent and at the same time, to defeat both Team Iron Man and Team Cap. He's ready to fight and win this Civil War.
