With the Earth's population at an all-time high, and resources running low, Omni Senate enforces each citizen to take a test to prove their worth and intelligence in order to survive. After turning the age of 16, every citizen living in the city of Rochdale must take a test every 5 years. This test determines the strengths, abilities, and intelligence of each individual. If they fail the test they are killed immediately if deemed useless to society. If they score high, there is a great reward. However, there is a way to opt out of the test. If a child is sacrificed to Omni Senate, a married couple will not have to take the test until it occurs again 5 years later.
Only a few people pass The Test, including one young adult in particular, Electa Brava, who scores incredibly high on the test making her one of the 𝒸𝒽𝑜𝓈𝑒𝓃 𝑜𝓃𝑒𝓈.

Not The Last {Rough Draft}
~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that. That seems like an easy thing to start with. Now, let me add in some other details. I live in a zombie apocalypse. Yeah, that's about as enjoyable as I can make it seem. Now let me add in something else. I'm wanted by the CIA for reasons that I don't even know, but I guess I will find out eventually. Maybe somewhere within my story I will figure it out. I'm well known as The Bad Ass for reasons that are kind of obvious once you meet me. Maybe that's why they're after me? Because I'm a Bad Ass? Nope, I doubt that. How their lives will change and what secrets they uncover in their world and the Partham ( Aliens that are living among them ) world along with fighting with sinister forces. [Book two in 'The Test' series] The test was finally over. Everyone woke up. They all remembered what they had forgotten in the test. But even with this being the case, some have forgotten the test completely, as if it never happened. And Jack just so happens to be one of the people that can't remember the test. Lexi, John, and Natalie don't know what the reason for it is, but they're sure this is just another sick trick caused by Reid. And to make matters worse, Reid is the father Jack thought he lost years ago to a fire. The test may be over but for others, it seems, another test has just begun. Side note: This book and series has plot holes and other writing errors I hope to fix in the future. It can be a really confusing ride because I got a bit lazy in this book. Like, seriously, I messed up big time while writing this one and this needs major fixing. I'm not even the slightest bit joking. This. Is. Bad. Like, really bad. The Freaks

Test day. The day we knew was coming and had been dreading the most. Today is the end of what we have known and the beginning of the unknown. We will be tested, graded, and shipped off to where our tests assign us. There is no freedom of choice, no independence, and nothing to look forward to. All of us have been together since the beginning and can remember the good ol' days of playing outside, dressing how we wanted, and being free to be who we were and wanted to be without having to worry about getting shot because of it. What I remember most is going to the library and having the ability to choose whatever book we wanted to and in those days there were too many books to choose from. Those days are long gone. The ruling government now makes all our choices for us. The freedom of everything was taken away along with all of our rights, until today. We are ready to fight back and take control of our country for our generation and those that follow.
