Based off of DC Comics' character Vixen, but takes place in the Arrowverse, timeline in between the events of Vixen Season 2. Location is based in Earth-1 Central City and Detroit!

Description:
The Anansi Totem is a magical artifact that allows the user to summon the spirit/ashe of any kind of animals to harness their abilities. For example, the strength of a gorilla, the agility of a cheetah, flight like birds (and more) 

Wore in the form of a necklace, the current wearer, Mari McCabe (aka Vixen (DC comics)) is a vigilante who crossed paths with Greyson (who travelled from where he worked at to Detroit because of his work) at Detroit Zoo to consult with Lena Vargas, an Animal Behaviorist about a zoological issue. 

Incidentally, Mari's sister, Kuasa attempted to reclaim the necklace by force at the zoo, an incident which forced Mari to reveal the power of the necklace to Greyson, and with the help of his knowledge about animals, was able to win the fight, though Mari is fatally wounded. Fearing her injuries may claim her life, she entrusted Greyson with the necklace, before slipping into a coma, though her life was saved. 

Greyson now bears the Anansi Totem, and the incident at the zoo was covered up, thus the male decided to stay in Detroit for a while, temporarily taking up the mantle of Masked Vixen in honor of his new friendAll Rights Reserved
