Alright, here goes nothing:
Aoi comes back to Japan after living three years in Germany. Her parents have divorced and now she starts a new life in her hometown Tokyo. She has had awful experiences with men/boys in her past and because of this she hates each and every boy, except those guys she knows well. In Japan she starts going to a highschool in second year with her two childhood friends Kazuko and Midori. The three of them dream to be idols in the future and aim to participate in a big sing-and-dance-tournament together at the end of the year. But Aoi gets bad grades and so she has to get a private teacher. The best student of her year agrees to help her and she is happy until she finds out that this person is no one else than the famous Chiko Abarai, who is a model and because of his handsome looks the most popular guy at the whole school. To make it worse, Chiko doesn't like girls... How will they deal with each other?

The Pool Party
When Emma Harte, a pretty, late blooming, slightly nerdy teen girl who has never shared her first kiss, decides to help her not-brother James, the ultimate womanizer, and the most popular boy in school, with his huge 'party of the year' scheme, she finds herself trying to keep their relationship in tact. They all initially agree to help James, and also want to make some good money from the party. But, there's one girl who wants to see it all burn up in flames. Sammi, a mean, catty, popular girl who has the hots for James, tries everything in her power to ruin Emma. After a bunch of run ins with the both of them, Sammi makes up a rumor about James, insinuating it was Emma who started it. James watches Emma embarrass herself on multiple different occasions, And still wont explain why he is upset with her. But, after Sammi gets a football player to put a cockroach in Emma's hair in class, Emma runs out to leave. She then runs into James, who Offers to give her a ride home.
