TEMPORAL AFFAIRS

Tony Marco doesn’t have his driver’s license yet but he has a ticket to ride a bus – a Time Bus.  Soon after the start of his sophomore year at Diaz High School, he and his irrepressible friend Caroline Montano catch a free ride to the Khronos-Solarin Station, a black-hole powered portal to any period in Earth’s past, but they soon fall into the clutches of the Wolf King, a rogue time traveler who has employed his scientific genius to create a twisted fantasy kingdom in the 11th Century A.D.

With the help of newfound allies, including a genetically engineered Elf girl, a surly Croatian ex-soldier, a “witch” from a distant future, and some very tall Dwarves, Tony and Caroline must try to solve the riddle of the Kingdom of the Wolf. But what dark and startling secrets will be revealed along the way? And can Tony and Caroline overcome towering Ogres, a monstrous Drake and the deadly machinations of the Wolf King?

'The Foster Children of Time' is the first volume in the 'Temporal Affairs' series, which will probably be a trilogy before it's over.    'Temporal Affairs' is a series with an expanding cast of strong male and female characters which will combine sci-fi adventure, drama, offbeat humor, a little romance, some true history and "lost civilization" theory, ultimately telling a story that will play out over a span of several thousand years.
