The timer starts with each step towards Y/N's dreams. The sands of reality and time bury them alive as with the hope of skating for even a second more. Passion alone can't make up for lack of opportunity or choice. Yet what happens when someone who was given the chance and choice to step onto the ice takes it for granted? Yuri Plisetsky has won gold the year of his senior debut and continued to go on and win gold the year after. Skipping practice and not giving much care for the sport, Yakov notices and the confrontation ended with Yuri being suspended from skating. Being in a foreign country for a competition does not help his situation. Frustrated and angry with his lack of options kicking a rock at a tree but missing he hit an unfamiliar person. Who knew a rock to the head would bring together such a interesting pair.
