Tara McCarthy, a sixteen year old self-proclaimed and super pretentious delinquent, is not unfamiliar with the law. When she and her best friend Zayn Malik get in trouble for breaking into Disneyland, the two have to perform community service to make sure that the incident does not show up on their records. The only problem is that the park manager has a gorgeous son, Harry, who has similarly rebellious ways. As much as she tries to resist him, Tara finds herself caught up with Harry which causes her to get into trouble with the park manager over and over again.
