Lost in your Encanto

Y/N used to live in Encanto along with their dad and mom, and they were the best of friends with Maribel from la familia Madrigal. But soon after Maribel's failed ceremony, Y/N's family has to go back to Spain, and they lose their hope of ever seeing that family she loves so much ever again.
It isn't until 13 years later that they finally return to Encanto, this time looking for answers about why their dad never made it back from his expedition...
But maybe the truth is more complicated than they think, and maybe they find some unexpected feelings for someone while they stay once more with Los Madrigal...

This is a Camilo X reader fanfic, tho I wanted to give the reader's character a bit more of background to make it more interesting. This is supposed to take place after the movie, and all characters are aged up 3 years since I find the canon ones a bit weird, so for example both Mirabel and Camilo are 18, as well as you (might have something to do with specific scenes that might appear later on...).
