I strive for power. I always have. Especially since the city above treats us like shit. We deserve to be in the light regardless of how long we've been in the dark. There's this one dude who thinks this shit is a race and he's 'competing' with me. Never leave a woman's job to a man. He's not only slowing our freedom from proceeding, but he's sabotaging my cult. Zaun will not be classified as left overs anymore. We are the Undercity. But I will help everyone see that we aren't Under. We are above the rest. Piltover will have their days.

Born amidst the smog-choked streets and rusted spires of the undercity, she grew up with the scent of grease and danger in her lungs. A fighter, sharp as the broken glass that littered the ground, she earned her name with a ferocity that could cut through any who dared stand in her way. Once, Shark had stood by Vander's side. She had believed in his dream of peace, of making Zaun something more than just Piltover's shadow. His bar, The Last Drop, had been a refuge where she could momentarily forget the cold weight of survival. Vander treated her like family, and for a time, she believed in him like family too. But the line between loyalty and ambition is thin in a place like Zaun. When Silco came whispering promises of power, freedom, and a future where Zaun would no longer kneel, Shark listened. She saw in him a fire that Vander lacked; a willingness to burn everything and forge something new. It wasn't an easy choice, but in a city of hard choices, it felt inevitable. The undercity was always made out to be such a horrible place full of deceit and darkness but soon Y/n would learn that the undercity held more genuinity and struggle than any place above them. As soon as she laid her eyes upon those fluorescent neon lights of the undercity she was in love. Watching the rustic-looking characters about their own business. But if she had decided to listen to her parents and ignore her curiosity perhaps this would have been a happier story, one of action hope and romance, instead, she made the decision to take the path of destruction, power, corruption and hatred.
