While exploring the secret area's of the fortress four teenagers get mixed up in a conspiracy of apocalyptic tragedies, genetic monsters and the secret behind the daily blood donation. 
Secrets, lies and exploitation, leaves these four teens with the ultimate fight for survival which can only come when they find out the truth about their home.
