Muzan hates humans.

They're nothing more than filth which dirties the bottom of his perfectly polished shoes.

He hates everything about that weak and feeble race; their emotions, their ideologies, uselessness, fragility and worst of all... love.

Everything about the word makes Kibutsuji Muzan writhe in disgust and loathe the vile taste it left in his mouth. But maybe the boy who has deemed on his families grave to slice his head off, can show the demon king thing or two about 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.
