Superman and Lois settle down in smallville with there twin boys Johnathan and Jordan where they learn about there kryptonian heritage. However, they weren't always twins, they were born triplets with a younger sister. The youngest triplet was a stillborn and to this day the boys don't know she existed. Lois and Clark have never been able to talk of her until one day when an enemy of superman tries to use her against him.

Planning to stay away for her sake and for his, Rachel finds it strange why her powers keep pushing her towards him. The Justice League somehow winds up several years in the future... Or maybe it's an alternate universe? After all, there seems to be an extra kryptonian protector of this time's Metropolis, one that goes by "Superboy". Alternatively: Clark is ecstatic to see another kryptonian, even if it's one from a (maybe?) alternate universe, but... his fellow kryptonian doesn't appear to share the same feeling of immediate kinship. Luckily enough, Superman wasn't known for giving up!
