Almost a year after the collider incident that turned Miles into what he is today, he juggles school and saving the city, while also keeping his identity hidden.
He constantly misses his spider family though, and longs to see them once again. Wanting to know if Peni rebuilt her robot, or if Peter finally got back with MJ. What he really wanted, however, was to see her. He missed Gwen quite a bit, and wanted to see her badly.
He finally gets somewhat of a chance when a portal opens in his room and someone steps out.
