In a world where supernatural creatures are just as common as humans, Jack Manifold wasn't anything special. He didn't have fangs or claws, couldn't do magic or charm people into doing whatever he wanted. He was a normal, everyday, boring human. Or at least he was, until he got murdered. Of course, dying wasn't what changed everything. It was the fact that he didn't stay dead.
