George should have been a senior in high school but instead of being in a school he's been in the hospital since middle school never actually knowing what a high school is like due to his growing cancer. What if he's told hes only got ten more days to live. Ten days to spend his forever. Ten more days till his forever falls apart.
Dream a senior in his last days of high school is put with a few of his school mates to go on a trip to the hospital for his biology class not wanting to go but forced to by his parents he is now at the hospital's front door being welcomed, being bothered by this he keeps his head down and just follows the tour passing by multiple patient wards his eyes fall on a boy with a head scarf on his head staring intently outside his window from his bed. Staring at him he wouldn't know that, that boy would become his forever for ten days till his forever falls apart.
When I got this idea I actually started crying hope it gives you a good cry too
