George should have been a senior in high school but instead of being in a school he's been in the hospital since middle school never actually knowing what a high school is like due to his growing cancer. What if he's told hes only got ten more days to live. Ten days to spend his forever. Ten more days till his forever falls apart.
Dream a senior in his last days of high school is put with a few of his school mates to go on a trip to the hospital for his biology class not wanting to go but forced to by his parents he is now at the hospital's front door being welcomed, being bothered by this he keeps his head down and just follows the tour passing by multiple patient wards his eyes fall on a boy with a head scarf on his head staring intently outside his window from his bed. Staring at him he wouldn't know that, that boy would become his forever for ten days till his forever falls apart.
When I got this idea I actually started crying hope it gives you a good cry too

I saw a few kids from the group standing out by their cars who would easily be able to see what we were doing...or at least what Leo was doing to me. Clay's life seems fine, but is everything except from fine due to bullies ruining his happiness day by day. His grandpa is the only one who knows everything about him, but when he gets really sick and passes away, Clay's life completely collapses. To regain his control, he starts developing obsessive behaviour, getting so bad that it turns into OCD. The control he tried to regain gets lost even further with the day. But when the only place, his sport, he finds peace also gets ruined by bullies and his OCD, George is suddenly there to stick up for him when everyone else isn't. Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. George is cancer free after a long battle full of chemotherapy and surgeries at his fourteenth. He starts living his life again, goes back to school and hangs out with his friends and family to appreciate all the small things in life as his leg starts hurting again... Clay is grieving because his mother passed away from lymphoma, a cancer type that's running in his family. With barely anyone around him who can comfort him while grieving, he also needs to deal with his severe anxiety coming from emetophobia, his extreme fear of throwing up. But then the worst thing happens... just as Clay gets diagnosed with blood cancer, George gets diagnosed for the second time with bone cancer. Clay's fear is so big that he doesn't know how to go on and George doesn't know if he can fight this battle a second time...
