Amber Lengruts is a 18 year old Freshman at Michigan University, she comes from a very protective family and this is her first time away from home,away from the constant watch of her father, the Alpha and the watch of His guards that watch her every move. Amber belongs to one of the largest packs in Michigan and she is next in line to become Alpha once she finds her True Mate so He can rule beside her. Amber has always been told that she is a good girl and that she never does anything wrong. She thinks she is not pretty and as people dislike her long red hair, as she is the only one in the pack with red hair she feels out of place most of the time.
What happens when she meets a junior at the University that also happens to be her True Mate who is also a rouge named Ryan. He thinks he can't be saved or loved by his mate. His secrets make it even harder to trust anyone even his own mate.
