Peter parker? No, this is Izuku Midoriya. One of the unlucky 20% of the population who wasn't born with a great power and pushed aside by his pears and teachers. But, that all changes when he's bitten by a radioactive spider while in an ally after having his dreams crushed by his hero.
Now with a great power of his own he is able to accomplish the one thing he always wanted.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. In a world of superheroes, Izuku Midoryia was born of the 20 percent born "quirkless" shattering his dreams of becoming the next Number 1 hero. Followed by the disappearance of his parents, and constant bullying, Izuku's life just keeps getting worse by the day. But one eventful trip to Oscorp changed Izuku's destiny forever when he is bitten by a radioactive spider allowing him to do whatever a spider can, becoming the superhero Spider-Man. With his new powers, Izuku will have to test his strength to defeat the supervillan known as The Lizard. In a world full of quirks Izuku Midoriya is part of the 2 percent that don't have quirks, after being constantly bullied by his childhood " friend" Midoriya is pushed to prove he can be a hero. After following All Might Midoriya is caught in an accident that changes his life forever. However despite the setback Midoriya still persist to prove he can be a hero. Izuku was born quirk less but when he gets bitten by a genetically engineered spider that gave him abilities. He trys to use this power for good after his loved one was murdered in cold blood. Follow along with him as he trys to balance school, friends, job and responsibility's all while doing heroic acts as the spectacular spider man.

Izuku Mugen, formally Yagi never had a happy life. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, died before he was born. His mother, Inko(Xtreme) married Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and had a daughter called Izumi. He smiled with his sister, but that was until they reach 4. Izumi had her mother Quirk, while he was quikless. His mother, step father, his sister, along with her friends(1A) started to bully him. The only ones who care for him were Enji, Rei, Fuyumi, Touya, Natsuo, Shota, Emi, Gran Torino, Recovery Girl, Hizashi Yamada, Nighteye, Nemuri and 1A parents. One day he couldn't taken anymore and run away from his tormentors, but got kidnapped by Doctor Eggman at the age of 12. For 2 years he experimented on Izuku, turning him into a weapon. Izuku managed to escape, but didn't kill Eggman. He forgive him after he learn why he becomes like this. Now, Izuku Mugen became The Vigiliante Infinite and unleashed his power on Villains and fake Heroes that are only for money and fame.Complete
