Hazel had always hidden from the world. She believed that she was too hideous for it. Mostly because she was not entirely human. Hazel is what is known as a Drakaina, a female species with dragon-like features.
She did not have many friends, she had barely any social media, and no parents. Her dad left when she was 3 months old and her mom died from breast cancer on Hazel's 18th birthday.
One day Hazel was scrolling through her only social media site, YouTube, when she stumbled upon Tyler Ellis. The popular Minecraft YouTuber more commonly known as Deadlox. She instantly developed a crush on him.
One day, she needed to go shopping. When she bumps into a familiar face, things begin to escalate. But she worries that once he knows the true Hazel, she will never see him again.
