The Dark Lord grew too attached to Bellatrix Black, and to get rid of his feelings, ordered her to marry Rodolphus Lestrange. Now, a few years later, the couple is contentedly expecting their firstborn. That is, until Bellatrix throws herself in front of a curse in order to protect her Master.
