This story is a reenactment of the 2008 game, Sonic Unleashed. For those who haven't heard of the game, here is a description:
This exciting adventure follows Sonic as he embarks on a globetrotting journey to save the planet from destruction! This time, Sonic will not only have to rely on his friends and his speed, but a mysterious new transformation that occurs at night, as well as a little creature named Chip, who has no idea who he is! Can Sonic restore the planet and stop Dr. Eggman from reaching his goal of creating his robot empire?

(note I don't own Sonic Skyline or Sonic itself. I just thought that Skyline looked cool and the comic was pretty cool so I wanted to make my own spin in the story, so please enjoy) Sonic never thought he'll ever go on adventures and travel to other sky islands, but that all changed when he met Dr.Eggman, a human from the ground who wants to help Mobius be a better place. With the help of Eggman and his allies in the Skyline corporation, Sonic and his friends are going to travel the sky islands and fought evil robots, and maybe even save the world. After a fateful battle on his home planet of Mobius, Sonic must try to live on Earth without getting seen or captured. However, one night, things dont' go to plan and the sadness of not being able to see his friends back on Mobius gets to him and now he must work with small town cop Tom Wachowski to escape Earth before he's caught by the villainous Dr. Robotnik! Much like how Sonic Underground: Reimagined serves as a Sonic underground reboot, this story is serving as a reboot to the old Sonic SatAM cartoon from the same era of TV essentially.Complete
