Kiana is was her mission to become one of the strongest warriors in the world and achieve the highest rank at all cost, but she failed miserably and died as end result before achieving it, she want another chance to become the best.
She did she was sent to a different world to achieve the highest title there was, as that world was known by heroes alike and the greatest title "the Symbol of Peace", so she went to achieve it no matter how long or how painful.
She will do it.
Izuku Midoriya is a boy that nobody feels sympathy for him, only his parents believe in him to achieve his dream, as his villainous quirk of his but as what to give up, he didn't stay true to his words to see that his dream are that of reality.
He works himself for the bottom on having his quirk, he trains every aspect of it to the highest degree, as he wants to make it as being a hero and to bring peace to the world and save people with a smile.

Since the dawn of quirks, humans started losing their humanity.
