Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management

A one-of-a-kind management programme that prepares students to become Facilities Managers, a critical subset of built-environment professionals. A Facilities Manager is in charge of the operation and maintenance of any facility, whether it is a shopping mall, office, hospital, school, or residence.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management includes a diverse range of topics that are both technical and managerial in nature. It is intended to educate and train graduates in any discipline to be competent hands-on professional Facilities Managers for all types of complexes, capable of managing all services in their entirety in a global environment while adhering to international standards.

Students gain a comprehensive understanding of facility management at the operational, managerial, and strategic levels. They are prepared to understand the key factors, techniques, and methods used in facilities management that contribute to effective and efficient property maintenance and building quality of life in order to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

Students are taught to work on a variety of projects, including commercial offices, residential, hotel, hospital, and institutional buildings, as well as industrial buildings and infrastructure.
