This is based on a kind of different part 3.
A new sequel for part 2 (of the movies). 
Harry is forced to come to Auradon. He hates it there and it changes him pretty quickly. 
Only he won't give in. But after a while he does his best. 
He's still on Mal. At the (mandatory) Auradon prep ball he thinks he has lost her and from there he notices that the flame was burning brighter than ever. 
You also notice how much Harry has changed and that he continues to change. Sometimes you have some flashbacks of memories from the island and especially the school Evil High.

Hello! Yet another Disney Descendants story. This continues after the events of "I'm No Princess". After Bianca can't handle all the pressure of being the future Lady of the court and most of her troubles being her relationship with Ben, her and Mal escape back home to the Isle of the Lost. So to get them back, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and Ben go to the Isle in hopes of saving Bianca and Mal but they soon meet some trouble. When they get there, they find out that Uma, daughter of Ursula, is now the self proclaimed Queen. Then of all things, Ben is captured but Uma and her pirate crew. These VKs are going to go through a lot of trouble to make no new villains rise and over throw Auradon. A lot of fighting, a lot of singing and dancing, but what's not to love. Join these adventurers on the journey back to the Isle of the Lost.

His (her) older sister is the only one to know at first (Dizzy finds out after Captain Hook forced Harry to get a haircut) and she's been supporting her little brother (or should I say sister?). The middle Hook child is scared to tell anyone and has been hiding is for almost 5 years now. The core four returns to the island to pick 4 new VK's to go to Auradon... And that's where things go wrong. Harry is forced to tell people his (her) secret, otherwise he'd (she'd) never get the chance. Harriette tells him (her) to tell the core four; they would be able to help, plus their father wouldn't be there to discourage him (her). The VK's had finally gotten their happily ever after. They were no longer being manipulated by their parents to be evil and cause trouble. They didn't even have to see them anymore. At least, Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos didn't (unless you count Maleficent's lizard form). Hadee still had to face her father, Hades, every time she visited the Underworld, her home and her Queendom. Most of the time, he kept quiet when he's in her presence, never having any conversation with his daughter at all. Hadee wasn't complaining and accepted her father's silence gracefully. That was, until her father finally spoke. As a master manipulator, Hades managed to plant a certain idea into his daughter's head. An idea that would make Hadee do something she would later regret. Hadee didn't want to make Mal doubt the idea of belonging in Auradon, she refused when her father told her to do so, but when Mal admits to her that she misses being evil, Hadee convinces herself that maybe her father's idea wasn't that bad. For Mal's sake of course. But what will happen when Mal actually flees to the Isle and Hadee realizes her mistake when she sees Ben's heartbroken expression? Well, Hadee, Ben and the rest of the VK's go after her of course. Many things will happen on the Isle. Hadee might just slip back into old habits, one of them being her banter with a certain pirate that she loves to annoy. Hadee will need to sort out her priorities and fix her mistakes but will she be able to or will her friends blame her the same way she blames herself? Second in the Hadee Trilogy

However, sometimes the one thing that you love comes out of the one place that you hate.
