The Ice Cream Man

Nothing ever happens in the town of Queensville, Rhode Island. Until now. Someone is going around town, using an ice cream truck as his cover, poisoning children. Or kidnapping them. Whether his title is the Candy Man or the Ice Cream Man, no one cares. They just want him off the street. But he is after a particular someone. And Kenton isn't going to let this someone go so easily.
