This is my first attempt to write a cosmic horror short story. Since it's a work in progress, I do not have a definitive title and/or description yet.

My friend at school told me he was writing a book called this but didn't know what it was going to be about, so I said "why don't we both write a version of it and then compare them to see what we each did differently," so this is it! This story is about a man called max who dies in an accident and finds himself on a giant spaceship. Where a select few go to look eternally for the gem of thunder, and nobody has obtained it yet. Andi is shy with a complicated past. Sky is confident and has secrets that she has to try to keep. Will Andi's love for Sky be enough for her to overlook the pain that she goes through? MIDNIGHT CARNAGE
This is my first story, a thriller-horror story based on classic slasher hits I did this for fun and love to write.
