After her, and her sister Rena, miraculously survive a plane crash that ended the lives of their parents and their so called experienced pilot, Cleo tries to do everything she can in order to stay safe and especially make sure nothing happens to her sister. Cleo and Rena for the past several months have been staying in a shelter on the Catalinas where her parents were supposed to help sea life as marine biologists for a grand offering.
