Despite only being four years older than him, Saionji has already graduated from Cambridge University with a Masters in Vanguard, and is currently studying a Doctorate at the University of Tokyo. Part of her thesis revolves around bringing the world of card games and racing together, the two things she loves most, in an unprecedented project called Motor Future, or MF for short. To trial this system, Saionji is holding a Riding Duel tournament, and asks Mikazuchi-sensei to draft in some additional candidates via his connections.
