Suitcase, a young teenage girl struggling with undiagnosed schizophrenia, has been fending for herself for several years after her parents abandoned her for their work, suffering in silence in more ways than one. In a desperate attempt to earn some money for her basic survival, Suitcase answers a help wanted ad posted in the window of a small corner store owned by someone who understands what's going on in her shoes, and becomes the father figure Suitcase never knew she would ever get.
