For those of you unaware, a bit under two years ago (wow) I made a Hermitcraft S7 fanfiction ON Scratchcalled ||Grumbot||. As you can guess, it was based around everyone's favorite mayoral mishap. Unfortunately, I ended up giving it up because I lost interest and had never planned it out well. This is a rewrite of it with revamped plot, writing, planning, and more! It will be largely the same, but with less weird plotholes and more reason for the crap I do. :)

This is a Hermitcraft AU; and as I have never watched any seasons (besides 8) this is my take on the Hermitcraft formula. It will be more original but kinda have some stuff that happened in some seasons. You guys will primarily be controlling Grian. I can prepare and prepare as much as I want, but it's really you guys who decide what happens in his life. Chapters will vary in size, at first they may be pretty small. Grian is a senior majoring in Architectural Design at his dream college, horribly burnt out and disillusioned with the system. Joel doesn't know what he wants, but he knows he needs to become someone who can stand proudly next to the person he loves. Lizzie has only ever wanted to help people, And Gem just wants to do her part to keep their crumbling world together. Their teacher, Professor Mumbo, wants nothing more than to do right by his students. So, when the opportunity for a life-changing competition arises-a chance to win full tuition from an organization called the "Watchers"-he volunteers to chaperone. No one questioned it when the bus drove off into the Pacific Northwest. No one thought to check if the GPS was working. Now, they're stranded in the wilderness, far from civilization, with no way out. The Skulk | Grian Hermitcraft Au (Gave Up On)
Don't start a resistance. It's hard to not but Grian can't just start a resistance in every single season. Right? Eventually, finding himself a corner in one of the rocks to reassure himself that he didn't need to start a resistance. Sitting there, minutes on end. He just can't help it. However everytime he's there, he would feel a weird sensation. As if something is telling him, he must start a resistance. Surely it can't be anything right? Grian was sure that the sculk doesn't spread unless a mob dies near it right? So it mustn't be the sculk. What can it be then? Eventually it got even worse. From a sensation, it changed into voices. Everytime he was in the shopping district, something would tell him to set the whole place on fire or blow it up or kill everyone. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is not my first story since I started another one a few days back but lost motivation and it eventually felt like a chore. So I have basically 1% more experience than I had back then. Hope you enjoy this. Taken || Book 2 of 2 in the Sam's Back series
Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want.
