Sam is a 16 year old girl, who lives a normal life or as normal a life you can have when you live in the 30th century. Her life up till then is what she could call calm. Her country is called Amtis or at least it used to. Ravaged by war all that has been left is a country separated by a stretch of land that no one dares cross. Her whole life is turned upside down when a new guy comes to her school. When she finds out something about him can their friendship survive or will it go out in flames? Can she keep her calm and survive the war raging inside and around her? She will have to face moments she only ever encountered in books. Can she survive a new war while keeping those she loves safe or will she fail to stop it and lose everything?
