Reader works at the Architecture and Urban Planning department at the Piltover Academy in the underfunded and practically abandoned Undercity Development Section. Her life study revolves around charting out areas, collecting data (societal and political), and coming up with ways to improve the undercitizens quality of life. She has a whole thesis planned out (that keeps getting updated as years go by according to the changes in the Lanes) on how to improve infrastructure in the Undercity.Unfortunately, there's little interest in funding your work as the patrons of Piltover prefer focusing on projects that benefit the Topside. Her Department is practically unknown by most people at the Academy - even your office stands on an almost forgotten wing.
