Her and her family live in a small 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the city.
Scarlett has a boyfriend named Scott Davidson; who does nothing, but get drunk and beats Scarlett. No one knows about her abuse except Scott and Scarlett's best friend; Marie.
Marie Johnson, has been Scarlett's best friend since they were in diapers. Marie and Scarlett's parents are very close friends.
Marie helps Scarlett hide the bruises, and cuts so their parents don't find out. Marie begs Scarlett to leave him, but Scarlett just can't. She's too scared of what will happen.
Marie also has her own boyfriend; Peter Bryce, who treats her like an absolute princess. He treats her with respect, along with Scarlett... he knows about Scarlett's boyfriend, just not his actions.
