Essence

The Able is a secret species of humans with the ability to tap into their full powers and potentials. With paranormal abilities, it is mandatory for all hazardous Ables to attend a secluded camp, where they are rehabilitated and properly trained.
Christina Meyers and her friends are sent to said camp after accidentally making an attempt on a girl's life. To outsiders, Christi is barely an Able with weak abilities and a very unstable state of mind. But the truth is quite the oppisite.
With the sudden turns in her life, she and her friends find it considerably harder to keep her secret hidden and to stay within the camp rules at the same time. To make matters worse, a sentinel is assighned to follow Christi around and his sharp mind leaves no space for secrets.
