Izuku Midoriya is a man of many talents. He is smart, charming, and can handle his hot-headed boyfriend better than anyone else. 

But despite his many talents, there's one simple thing that the hero society can't accept him for. That is simply the fact that he was born, along with 20% of the population, without a quirk. 

Izuku's lifelong dream has been to be a hero. But because of his quirkless nature, he was denied his spot in U.A. High. Sure he could've been part of the hero support teams or even quirk studies, but he couldn't see himself working alongside the heroes without being one himself. So he became a different kind of hero. The kind of hero that saves the heroes themselves. He became an ER doctor.
