Everything I've always dreamt of was a fairytale type of romance. Everything I've ever wanted was to find my prince charming, one who buys me flowers and chocolates. Everything I've silently prayed for was for a hand to pull me from the suffocation torment I was drawing in. This is My Life
I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book! My real life experience with fiction added :) Returning from my six year hiatus with a new book....my bad.
