What could possibly occur at your 15th birthday? Or perhaps a day before it? Turns out alot of weird stuff.
Jacob Adams was the kind of guy who was popular and admired. He was also the kind of guy that didn't convey arrogance because of who he was. HR came from a rich family that he knows nothing about. All his mom ever said was that it was hard to get all that money. Even though, he loved his life and he was satisfied. That was until some divine beings decided to make his life so complicated.
However, what he doesn't know is that he combines a lot of ancient history in him, though it may not be the history he expects to be real...

She is actually a modern reincarnation of the goddess Persephone, and she's not the only one. A few of her classmates also happen to represent the gods and goddesses from popular Greek myths, and the fact that all of them are present means that something monumental is about to happen. Something like being the girl to change Persephone's future, to break the cycle of kidnapper and victim - all by passing a trial. It won't be simple, she knows, and she's not quite that eager to take it up, but from the moment she found out that she was Persephone, there was no way to back out. She should've known, however, that dealing with all powerful, immortal deities wasn't going to be easy. They've got a few secrets and personality flaws up their sleeves, and they could be deadly. Death is what comes to people like a thief in the night, snatching them with no intentions of bringing them back. Death is a nagging parent that you try to outsmart time and time again but no matter how many times you may think you have outsmarted them, in the end they will have the last word. Death is the old friend that nobody likes and yet you cannot live without. Death is many things but I never thought it would be my lover. Kore lives alone with her controlling mother, Demi. She hasn't seen any other person besides her homeschool teacher since she was a little girl after a mysterious incident happened at school one day that her mother refuses to talk to her about. She keeps her locked away on a farm and only lets her go out occasionally. It isn't until her cat dies and after picking him up, becomes alive again when she realizes why her mother has locked her away for all these years. She discovers she has the gift of healing. When she confronts her mother about it, her mother reveals to her that they are not human but in fact, Goddesses trapped inside human vessels to protect Kore from the Gods who want to marry her. But things only get worse when one day, as Kore is picking flowers in the meadow, there is an earthquake and she is taken up by this earthquake and falls into the arms of none other than Hades. For a millenia man thrived under the gods Egypt. Osiris proved to be a capable and wise ruler. His wife Isis taught man man things and gave them tools to succeed. Nephthys taught them how to prepare the dead, and how to prepare for the afterlife. Yet Set grew greedy. He wanted more power. He wanted his brother's throne. He wanted to rule all of Egypt himself. Have the power for himself. Nephthys, now pregnant, began to fear her husband. He was not the same as when they were married. And so she escaped Thinis and travelled to Memphis to claim sanctuary with her brother and sister. There she gave birth to Anubis. The jackal headed god of death took up his position and began to ferry the dead souls through the underworld. Isis foretold the coming war with Set. But Osiris, always trusting of his brother, did not see the danger. And so invited him to the announcement of Isis' pregnancy. It was there that Set killed his brother. Nephthys and Isis escaped Memphis under the cover of darkness, and took refuge with their loyal followers. There, Isis gave birth to her son Horus. The hawk god, Isis prayed to her grandfather for guidance. As Horus grew older, Set's grip on power strengthened. Fear ruled the young Egypt. But those both god and man were still loyal to Horus and his mother helped plan revenge. Horus, now a man. And his trusted human servant Ahmose battled Set. This carnage saw the sacred Nile run red with blood. Hearing the cries of man. Amun Ra travelled from his sacred ship and commanded all gods to return to the afterlife and fight their battles there.Complete

Things to note about this story is that since I'm writing about real historical mythology, there is of course many, many, different variations, retellings and plots in existence for each one of the myths so I will do my best to comment on and add in variations when necessary, though in some cases I may just stick with the most common, my favorite or the most historically accurate depictions!
