Shadler Trevor is an engineering student who places a high value on his education. Because of what happened to his parents, he doesn't believe in love, so he's more focused on graduating first. But everything changed when Ellianna Ghale entered his life, one of the Alcantara couple's adopted children, who was only five years old when her real mother died.

Just like Shadler, Ellianna is adamant about graduating with a degree in architecture in order to fulfill her lifelong ambition as well as her promise to her mother. She grew up without seeing his true father, not even in a photo, and she had no idea what his name was.

Nothing in life is always linear. Just like the stars, if we tried to connect them, it would result in a non-straight line.

In life, with every step we take, our path will not always be straight. We will still have to turn to reach the destination we target.

We sometimes desire things to happen, but they don't always turn out the way we wanted them to be. Nevertheless, Ellianna and Shadler managed to find light again after what happened. They would find it amid the endless stars in the darkness... and it would reconnect them-to make possible the thing they were eager to happen.
