Shadler Trevor is an engineering student who places a high value on his education. Because of what happened to his parents, he doesn't believe in love, so he's more focused on graduating first. But everything changed when Ellianna Ghale entered his life, one of the Alcantara couple's adopted children, who was only five years old when her real mother died.
Just like Shadler, Ellianna is adamant about graduating with a degree in architecture in order to fulfill her lifelong ambition as well as her promise to her mother. She grew up without seeing his true father, not even in a photo, and she had no idea what his name was.
