Sydney Waters grew up with football deep in her blood and a passion for the game no other girl had. She's determined to shatter the glass ceiling being the first woman Coach in the NFL. First step towards her dreams is college at Duke University where her now step-dad Colin Scholtz is the infamous football coach.
With Colin's help he agrees to let Sydney be his Assistant Coach, getting her feet through the door in a male dominant world.
Colin only had two rules for Sydney: 1) keep up her grades, which was an easy task for the Dean's list student. And rule number 2) no getting involved with the players, which should also come easy to Sydney as football has always been her sole focus.
