Awakening

Jay is just another kid from the block. Nothing too special about him. He goes to high school, gets good grades, and has a couple of friends. Just like any other normal fifteen year old would.

His birthday is coming up in a few days. Ah, sweet sixteen. His parents, being traditionalists and conservative, were very strict about their children going out with their friends and clubbing. However, since he was their youngest child, they decided to allow Jay to go to a party for his sixteenth birthday.

He would be with his friends. Nothing could possibly go wrong there. And he was right for thinking this. Nothing bad happened. However, something did happen... Something that would change his life forever.
