After the student of class 1A and 1B arrive at the training camp, the end up having an encounter with a white haired boy their age and a white haired girl no older than six.
Believing them to have bad intentions, the students manage to capture them which ends up with them coming face-to-face with their scary 30ft tall green haired sibling.
She is Izuku Midoriya and she is the queen of monsters

Monster Madness
The Interspecies Exchange Bill has allowed the hidden creatures of the world, demi-humans of all kinds, to finally reveal themselves to the world and interact with the populace that now dominate the world. However, these Monsters weren't the only ones to find themselves accepted into the terms of interaction with humans. The ones that defend the Earth, the deities that go by many names, have also volunteered to this Bill, the most surprising of all being the Queen of the Monsters herself: Godzilla. Izuku Midoriya is part of a secret project from villains. He is one of few children that are experimented on. All of them were quirkless until the villains started to turn them into powerful weapons.
