It has been 2 years since one of C.O.W.C.A.'s own James Bond level agents went gone solo with his missions, and Agent Pinky has taken his original place. 2 months ago, he stopped agent work all together, but, when a mission to difficult arises, Pinky must seek help from the town of Danville's former Platypus Protector, Agent P.
