I've been in the Glade for two weeks now. My closest friends were Gally, Chuck, Frypan, and Jeff. They were awesome. And then there was...Minho. I've had a crush on him since I got here, but I'm 100 percent sure he doesn't like me back. In fact, I think he hates me. Whenever I'm talking to my friends, I see him glaring at us. I don't know what I did for him to hate me, but he does. And it brakes my heart, because I love him.
"(Y/N)? Are you listening?" Frypan chuckled. Frypan was like my brother, and he understood better than anyone how I felt towards Minho.
"Oh, uh, yeah, I'm listening." I said.

Minho stared at the sun dipping slowly, calmly, below the horizon. He opened his mouth to ask a question. "Hey, Chan?" He asked, eyes still focused at the sun threatening to disappear and later reveal the moon that was awaiting it's time to rise. Quiet. Mysterious. Elegant? He couldn't describe the moon. He didn't like how he couldn't describe it. But all he knew, is that he would always prefer the sun. Chan hummed. "Why do you like the sea?" Minho's question must've surprised Chan. Normally when I do that it's because someone's using the word 'gay' to hate on them, it just pisses me off, you know?" He asks, bringing the crackers back into his lap and biting into them. Hyunjin felt betrayed when Y/n left, she left without a goodbye and didn't speak a single word to him in the past four years. Without her around, he grew close to Chan's group of friends. The summer before high school started, Hyunjin and his friends matured and all the girls in school found them attractive. They fought for the boys attention but Hyunjin only thought of Y/n regardless of all the pining girls. He hated that she constantly ran through his mind, wishing he could just forget about her. As everyone walks into their 4th period, two people catch each other's gaze. One feels guilt bubble up in their stomach and the other boils with resentment.
